Research shows that music with a low beat can relax and put you to sleep. It works through a natural process called brain entrainment. This is the name given to the process whereby we naturally adapt to the bear of any music. If the beat is high we feel energised and if the beat is low we become relaxed. The low beat music allows the brain to enter the Alpha Brain Wave state. This is the same state that meditators go into. However it takes years to learn to meditate successfully, but with our music you can enter the Alpha Brain Wave state in minutes. Simply sit in a pose that will stop you falling asleep then concentrate on the music. If any thoughts come into you hear push them away and try and think of nothing and concentrate on the music.
