We have been trialling our music and have found that it is very good for meditation. Low beat music allows the brain to enter the Alpha Brain Wave state. This is the same state that meditators go into. However it takes years to learn to meditate successfully, but with our music you can enter the Alpha Brain Wave state in minutes. Simply sit in a pose that will stop you falling asleep then concentrate on the music. If any thoughts come to you simply push them away and try to think of nothing but the music. You will feel peaceful and calm. Enjoy this state because going into this state of mind will counter stress and enhance your mental health.

Both these sessions are between 25 -28 minutes long.
